What is your return policy?

We want you to love our streetwear clothing. If there’s a print error or quality issue, send photos of the urban fashion item to contact@glamdern.com for a replacement or refund. Easy returns guaranteed!

Can I return made-to-order items?

Our custom t-shirts and clothing are made to order. Therefore, we do not accept general or sizing-related returns unless there's a quality issue. Review our seasonal collections details for more information.

Cancellations

How to cancel or amend orders?

Streetwear clothing orders can be canceled or amended via the confirmation email link before production. Once in production, you may qualify for a replacement/resolution within 30 days if quality issues arise.

Can I cancel donations or tips?

Donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once payment is completed, these amounts cannot be refunded.

Damaged/Quality Issues

How to report quality issues?

For swift resolution, email photos showing the quality issue or damage on a flat surface, with the order number, to contact@glamdern.com. This ensures a speedy resolution for our unique designs.

Refunds Policies

Can I get a refund for my order?

Refunds are only issued for quality issues with our urban fashion. Send a photo of the issue to receive a refund. PayPal refunds process within 24 hours; credit/debit card refunds take 7-10 business days.

Are donations and tips refundable?

Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once the checkout payment is made, these cannot be canceled or refunded.

What about locked message refunds?

Locked messages are also non-refundable. For access issues, contact us at contact@glamdern.com for troubleshooting and resolution.
